Vanessa Hudgens welcomes second baby with husband Cole Tucker

Vanessa Hudgens is officially a mother of two.

The High School Musical alum, 36, shared the baby news on November 29 with a photo from the hospital bed, holding her husband Cole Tucker’s hand.

“Well… I did it. Had another baby!!! What a wild ride labor is,” she wrote. “Big shout out to all the moms. It’s truly incredible what our bodies can do.”

Hudgens and Tucker, 29, revealed this pregnancy in July with a glimpse of her baby bump nearly a year after the birth of their first child. “Round two!!!!” she captioned the announcement.

The couple, who married in December 2023, welcomed their first baby, a son, in July 2024, and have kept his name and life private.

Earlier this year, Hudgens spoke about the chaos and joy of parenting young kids, admitting she’s still trying to crack the code on balance.

“Life is crazy and time is a really precious thing,” she told E! News, adding that motherhood has taught her to slow down and stay present.

“It’s so easy to focus on things in the future,” Hudgens revealed. “Say, ‘I’ll be happy when’ or ‘things will be easier when,’ but that’s not what’s important. What’s important is the moment that is in front of you.”

Still, the Spring Breakers star admitted motherhood can be “exhausting.”

“Being a mom is literally the most exhausting thing on the entire planet,” she shared, adding that she’s “so grateful” for automated cleaning appliances.

“It allows me some time back to myself. So that when I put my little one down, I don’t have to mop the floors. I can actually just enjoy my evening and throw on some Love Island.”

Hudgens has not yet shared the newborn’s name or additional details.
