Jennifer Aniston looks back at lifetime of Hollywood heartbreaks

Jennifer Aniston’s love life takes surprising twist as she confirms romance

Jennifer Aniston surprised fans by going public with her new romance, confirming her relationship with mental health coach Jim Curtis through a heartfelt social media post.

On November 3, 2025, the Murder Mystery star shared a black and white picture of herself hugging the coach from behind, both smiling softly as they looked into the distance.

Aniston’s caption read, “Happy birthday my love. Cherished.”

The post immediately sent fans into a frenzy, marking the first time the actress confirmed a relationship since her split from Justin Theroux.

Rumours about the pair already started swirling after Curtis was spotted at the premiere of Jennifer’s hit show The Morning Show.

Known for his motivational content, Curtis built a strong online presence through mental health videos and affirmations.

His website described him as an “author, speaker, Hypno-coach and educator” focused on helping people improve their emotional wellbeing.

Before her new relationship, the Friends star’s last serious romance was with actor Justin Theroux.

The two began dating in 2010 and tied the knot in 2015 during an intimate ceremony at their Bel Air home.

However, their marriage ended in 2018, with the couple releasing a statement confirming their separation was “mutual and lovingly made.”

Despite their breakup, Jennifer and Justin continued to remain on friendly terms, often showing support for one another publicly.

Now, with her new chapter beginning alongside Curtis, fans are thrilled to see Jennifer smiling again and embracing happiness once again.
