Combining the goodness of mangoes with vodka, these recipes are the perfect blend of refreshing, bold, and just a little indulgent. Whether you have decided to stay in with your dad or take him out for a fancy meal, these vibrant drinks are a delicious way to show appreciation.

Whether he loves a zesty spritz, a smooth sipper, or something fruity and fun, these recipes, which have been curated by Anurag Gupta, Mixologist at Smoke Lab, are sure to make this Father’s Day extra special.

Green Chilli Passion Blaze

Ingredients

  • 10 ml Mango purée
  • 15 ml Passion fruit syrup
  • 5 ml Agave syrup
  • 20 ml Fresh lime juice
  • 1½ barspoons Jalapeño (finely chopped or muddled)
  • 50 ml Smoke Lab Green Chilli Mango Vodka

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake well and fine-strain into an Old-Fashioned glass.
  • Rim the glass with Cajun spice before pouring.
  • Pour 50ml Smoke Lab Green Chilli Mango vodka into the glass.
  • Garnish with a thin slice of jalapeño and serve chilled.

Chill N’ Burn

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Smoke Lab Green Chilli Mango Vodka 60ml
  • 30 ml Mango skin and Habanero pepper shrub
  • 20 ml Lime juice 20ml
  • Ginger ale for Top Up
  • Tajin spice
  • Habanero pepper

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake well and fine-strain into a highball glass.
  • Rim the glass with Tajin spice before pouring.
  • Pour 60ml Smoke Lab Green Chilli Mango vodka into the glass.
  • Serve chilled and add a Habanero for presentation.

Aam Panna Burn

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Smoke Lab Green Chilli Mango Vodka
  • 30ml homemade Aam Panna
  • 15ml Lime juice
  • Red chilli
  • Salt
  • Raw mango

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake well and fine-strain into an Old Fashioned glass.
  • Rim the glass with red chilli & salt before pouring.
  • Pour 60ml Smoke Lab Green Chilli Mango vodka into the glass.
  • Serve chilled and garnish with a slice of raw mango with red chilli and salt sprinkle.
