Chad Michael Murray’s 8-year-old daughter, Audrey, may be stepping into the spotlight sooner than anyone expected.
The One Tree Hill alum proudly brought her onstage during the Nov. 5 episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, marking her first on-camera appearance.
Murray didn’t hesitate when Drew Barrymore asked if Audrey might join them.
“You know what, she’s ready,” he said, smiling as he introduced “my sweet little daughter.” He added that the moment felt special, admitting, “No one ever really gets to meet her, but she’s ready.”
Audrey walked out confidently, dressed in a white sweater, a brown polka-dot skirt and her long blonde hair down.
She greeted the audience with a quick introduction, “My name’s Audrey”, before revealing that her favourite food is mac and cheese.
Barrymore immediately lit up, hugging her and reacting with, “Where have you been all my life? That’s my favourite food!”
The young guest also chatted about what she’s been watching, sharing that she loves the Disney Channel movie Zombies 4 and especially enjoys the song Don’t Mess With Us.
She also mentioned she used to be obsessed with Netflix’s hit KPop Demon Hunters, though she admitted she “lost interest on my 300th time.”
At home, it’s a full family affair.
Murray said their kids listen to the movie’s music often. “We have Alexa on replay all the time,” he shared, adding that Audrey and her younger sister know the scenes and songs by heart.
Murray and his wife, Sarah Roemer, also share a 10-year-old son and another daughter born in 2023, but Audrey seems to be the first one testing out a television moment, and she handled it like a natural.
With confidence, charm and a crowd-pleasing love for mac and cheese, Audrey looked right at home under the studio lights, giving fans a glimpse of what could be the beginning of her own on-screen journey.
